Roth and partners stand to reap a nearly $150 million gain from selling the building near the Long Island Expressway to Northwell Health. The deal was disclosed Monday by Alexander’s Inc., a real estate firm Roth runs that is named after the big-in-its-time department store that once operated in the building.
