Edinburg Welcomes 5x5 Brewing Co. With $2.5 Million Development

City officials, economic development leaders and business representatives gathered under a tent on October 26, 2026, to celebrate the announcement that 5x5 Brewing Co., a veteran-owned business originally established in Mission, will open a new brewery and hospitality facility in downtown Edinburg.
